YAH YAH Jewelry is happy to repair any of our jewelry purchased through www.yahyahjewelry.com. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to discuss the type of repair needed. Repairs are subject to a repair fee based on materials and the nature of the repair. All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges, which we will discuss before working on your piece. We are also happy to replace lost earrings or resize rings. For any questions regarding damaged pieces purchased through one of our stockists, please contact them for assistance.
We make each piece with our very own hands using brass, sterling silver, 14k yellow and rose gold. Since everything is handmade, each piece is a little different making each one unique in their own special way. Please allow for slight variations. All of our ear posts are sterling silver, 14k gold-fill or 14k gold.
We promise all of our items are of high quality but like all fine jewelry, our items are delicate, so please treat them with care. Most of our brass pieces have a high polish finish but it is the nature of brass to tarnish with exposure to air and skin. A good trick is to put a coat of clear nail polish on the piece where your skin touches it the most (like the inside of rings and cuffs). The natural patina can be very beautiful but if you want your piece to be shiny forever, that's cool too. If you would like us to give your piece a new polish and make it look like new again we are happy to do that for you! Just give us a holler at firstname.lastname@example.org. We also carry polishing clothes for purchase so you can shine your little guy up at home whenever your heart desires. Get one by clicking here.
Air Fern Care
The air ferns that can be placed in our Hanging Geometric Mobiles are very easy to take care of and should live a very good long life as long as they're properly taken care of.
Watering the air fern can be done by two different methods. Take the plant out of the Mobile, and give them a little bath by filling a large bowl with room temperature water and let it sit completely submerged for 10 minutes. Then, take out the plant and rest it on a paper towel upside down for a couple hours. It's important that it is upside down to let all the excess water escape from the plant. They should feel dry to the touch again after this process. Another method is to spray the fern till it's totally wet, and again, let it dry upside down till dry. This second method is not recommended to be done as the sole means of watering, but in addition to the weekly bath if you live in an especially dry climate.
