Shipping

We ship domestic orders through CTT. We do, however, recommend shipping via UPS for insurance purposes just in case anything happens during transit. International orders outside of the EU are shipped via CTT or UPS.

Express shipping is also available through UPS for both domestic and international shipments.  If you are in a rush please contact the studio before placing your order at orders@yahyahjewelry.com and we'll see what we can do for you! Shipping time estimates do not include studio production lead times. YAH YAH Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and therefore cannot be held accountable for orders shipped via CTT once it leaves our studio. International orders outside of the EU may add extra tariffs, customs fees or duties depending on your country’s requirements. We are not responsible for these fees, or if your package is being held at your local post office for unforeseen circumstances.

All of our items are handmade to order especially for you and will be shipped after the item is complete. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time payment is received for your item to ship. 

Returns & Exchanges

It’s important to us that you absolutely love your purchase! If for whatever reason you are not completely smitten, we will do our very best to remedy that fact. All items must be unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping charges on return, exchange or repair items. We cannot accept returns on sale, or custom items. YAH YAH Jewelry cannot be held responsible for items shipped to us, therefore, we ask that you use a trackable and insurable mailing service. Email us at orders@yahyahjewelry.com before shipping to authorize the return and to let us know to watch out for your package. 

Repair

YAH YAH Jewelry is happy to repair any of our jewelry purchased through www.yahyah.com.  Please e-mail us at info@yahyahjewelry.com to discuss the type of repair needed. Repairs are subject to a repair fee based on materials and the nature of the repair. All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges, which we will discuss before working on your piece. We are also happy to replace lost earrings or resize rings. For any questions regarding damaged pieces purchased through one of our stockists, please contact them for assistance.

Jewelry Care

We make each piece with our very own hands using brass, sterling silver, 14k yellow and rose gold. Since everything is handmade, each piece is a little different making each one unique in their own special way. Please allow for slight variations. All of our ear posts are surgical steel, sterling silver, 14k gold-fill or 14k gold.

We promise all of our items are of high quality but like all fine jewelry, our items are delicate, so please treat them with care. Most of our brass pieces have a high polish finish but it is the nature of brass to tarnish with exposure to air and skin. A good trick is to put a coat of clear nail polish on the piece where your skin touches it the most (like the inside of rings and cuffs). The natural patina can be very beautiful but if you want your piece to be shiny forever, that's cool too. If you would like us to give your piece a new polish and make it look like new again we are happy to do that for you!
